NextVision Announces Q2 2026 Results Date and Investor Webinars

The Company hereby respectfully announces that the planned date for the publication of its financial statements for the period ended June 30, 2026 (i.e., the second quarter of 2026) (the “Financial Statements“), is August 10, 2026, subject to the completion of the review by the Company’s independent auditors and the approval of the Financial Statements by the Company’s Board of Directors, as required by law.
In addition, on Monday, August 10, 2026, the Company will hold two investor webinars, one in Hebrew and one in English, as detailed below:

Hebrew Webinar – 1:30 p.m. Israel Time
The Company will hold an investor webinar in Hebrew to review the Financial Statements and provide an update on the Company’s ongoing business activities, with the participation of the Company’s management. Participation in the webinar is subject to prior registration.

English Webinar – 3:30 p.m. Israel Time
The Company will hold an investor webinar in English to review the Financial Statements and provide an update on the Company’s ongoing business activities, with the participation of the Company’s management. Participation in the webinar is subject to prior registration.

No later than one business day following the conference calls, the Company will publish a link to a website where recordings of the calls will be available. The Company also intends to publish, shortly prior to the webinars, a presentation regarding the Company that will be presented during the webinars.
The webinars do not replace the need to review the Company’s immediate and periodic reports and the presentations published by the Company from time to time, which contain the full information regarding the Company’s activities, including forward-looking information as defined in Section 32A of the Israeli Securities Law, 5728-1968.
For the avoidance of doubt, this Immediate Report and the webinars do not constitute an offer and/or invitation to purchase securities of the Company.

1 The Company’s policy regarding the publishing of an English translation is that the Company will publish an English translation of its financial statements, presentations, and any immediate report that the Company is required to publish pursuant to Section 36(a) of the Securities Regulations (Periodic and Immediate Reports), 1970.
